How can I add balance to my ARQ Business account?

There are three ways to add balance to your ARQ Business account:

  • From a Mexican bank:

    • Depositing Mexican Pesos (MXN) to the CLABE interbancaria assigned to your account (all MXN are automatically converted into digital dollars / digital euros)

  • From an American bank:

    • Depositing USD to the Account Number assigned to your account

  • From a European bank:

    • Depositing EUR to the IBAN IBAN assigned to your account


Where can I see my account's details?

To see the account details for each country, do the following:

  1. Access your account: business.arq.com

  2. Go to "My Accounts" (left menu bar)

  3. Select the account which you want to add balance to
