📝 Steps to complete your profile
Confirm your email address
Access the platform through this link.
You will receive a confirmation email within the first 5 minutes.
If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Upload the required documentation
Don't worry if you don't have all the documents on hand. You can pause the application and resume it later.
Register your personal and business information
Enter your personal information.
Include the details of any partners who own 25% or more of the company's shares (this step is mandatory).
Complete the identity verification
Legal Representative:
Valid photo of your current official identification.
Liveness check (selfie).
Other partners (if applicable):
Valid and current official identification.
🔄 Updating information
If you need to modify your data or your company's ownership information changes, don't worry.
Once a year, we will repeat the KYB (Know Your Business) process to validate and update all documentation.
⏳ Time to submit documents
There is no time limit to complete your application.
However, you will not be able to operate your account until you finish the onboarding process.
